    Blend until perfectly smooth.
  • Fill the Ninja Creami jar
Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami Deluxe-compatible jar, without exceeding the maximum fill line.
Close the jar and place in the freezer for a few minutes. at least 24 hours.
  • Turbine with Creami
Remove the deep-frozen jar and place it in the machine.
    Select mode Sorbet.
If the texture seems too firm after the first cycle, lightly scrape the edges of the pot and run a new cycle. Re-spin to obtain a smoother consistency.

Notes

  • Sugar & acidity : Adjust the amount of sugar according to the ripeness of your strawberries. The riper they are, the less sugar you'll need to add.
  • For an even smoother sorbet: Strain the purée through a sieve before freezing to remove small fibres.
  • Flavor boost: Add a few basil leaves, a touch of vanilla or lime zest to the blender for a more aromatic version.
  • Perfect texture: If your freezer is very cold, let the pot stand for 5 minutes at room temperature before switching to the Sorbet program, the blade will work better.
