Lychee Sorbet Recipe for Ninja Creami & Ninja Swirl

400 g of canned lychees, drained (reserve the juice)
100 ml of lychee juice (recovered from the can)
The juice of ½ lime
2 tbsp. white sugar (adjust according to the sweetness of the lychees)
1 tsp of’rose water (optional)
Directions
- Prepare the lychees
Drain the canned lychees, reserving the juice. If any lychees still contain pieces of pit, check them quickly. - Mix the base
Place the drained lychees in a blender. Add the reserved lychee juice, lime juice, sugar, and rosewater if using. Blend thoroughly until you obtain a perfectly smooth and homogeneous purée. - Freeze the preparation
Pour the mixture into your jar Ninja Creami or Ninja Swirl, and place it in the freezer for a few minutes. 24 heures, flat. - Turbine the sorbet
Inserts the jar into the machine and starts the program directly Sorbet.
Notes
- Reserve some fresh lychees cut into small pieces to add as a garnish when serving.
