Pear Sorbet Recipe for Ninja Creami & Ninja Swirl

500 g of pears fully ripe, peeled and drained (fresh or canned)
80 ml of’water (or reserved pear juice if using canned pears)
The juice of ½ lemon
2 to 3 tablespoons white sugar (to be adjusted according to the ripeness of the pears)
Directions
- Prepare the pears
If you're using fresh pears, peel them, remove the core, and cut the flesh into pieces. If you're using canned pears, drain them thoroughly, reserving the juice. - Mix the base
Place the pears in a blender. Add the water (or reserved juice), lemon juice, and sugar. Blend thoroughly until you obtain a perfectly smooth and homogeneous purée. The finer the purée, the silkier the final texture of the sorbet will be. - Freeze the preparation
Pour the mixture into your jar Ninja Creami or Ninja Swirl, and place it in the freezer for a few minutes. 24 heures, flat. - Turbine the sorbet
Inserts the jar into the machine and starts the program directly Sorbet.
Notes
- Lemon juice is not just about taste: it also prevents the pear puree from oxidizing and browning before freezing.
