Crème de Marron ice cream recipe for Ninja Creami & Swirl

Ingredients

  • 300 g of chestnut cream

  • 100 ml of milk

  • 100 ml of full-fat liquid cream

Directions

  • Prepare the chestnut cream base
    Pour the crème de marron, milk and full-fat liquid cream into a bowl or using an immersion blender. Blend for a long time until the mixture is perfectly smooth, homogeneous and lump-free. This step is essential to guarantee a smooth, even final texture, without crystals.
  • Pour and smooth the mixture
    Pour the base into the Ninja Creami Deluxe. Tap the jar lightly on the work surface to eliminate air bubbles, then carefully smooth the surface with the back of a spoon or spatula.
  • Freezing the base
    Close the jar and place it flat in the freezer for a few minutes. 24 heures. The preparation must be completely set before being put in the machine, to obtain a well-structured, creamy ice cream.
  • Prepare the jar before mixing
    The next day, take the jar out of the freezer and leave it to rest. about 10 minutes at room temperature. This short wait slightly softens the base and improves the texture during mixing.
  • Ice turbining
    Install the pot in the Ninja Creami Deluxe and launch the Ice Cream. Let the machine work until the ice cream has reached a creamy, uniform consistency.
  • Adjust texture
    For an even smoother, silkier result, throw a Re-Spin. This step adds an extra creaminess, ideal for an ice cream that's easy to serve in scoops.
