Smurf candy ice cream recipe

300 g of milk
300 g of liquid cream
250 g of Smurfs candies
Directions
- Candy melting
Pour the milk and cream into a saucepan, then add the Smurf candies. Heat gently over medium heat, stirring regularly, until the candies have completely melted and the mixture is smooth. - Adjust color
Remove from the heat and add the blue food coloring, drop by drop, until the desired color is achieved. Stir well to achieve an even shade. - Cool preparation
Leave to cool to room temperature. This step is important to avoid condensation and ensure good texture after freezing. - Freezing the base
Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami, and place it flat in the freezer for a few minutes. 24 heures, until completely frozen. - Ice turbining
The next day, insert the jar into the Ninja Creami and start the program. Ice Cream.
If necessary, end with a Re-spin for an even smoother, creamier texture.
Notes
- You can add a few pieces of candy at the end of the preparation and use the Mix-In to find real Smurf sprinkles in the ice. A guaranteed hit with young and old alike.
