Mint Chocolate ice cream recipe for Ninja Creami & Swirl

Ingredients

  • 200 ml of liquid cream

  • 200 ml of milk

  • 50 g of caster sugar

  • 100 ml of mint syrup

  • 50 g of dark chocolate chips or crushed

Directions

  • Prepare the mint base
    In a bowl or blender, blend the cream, milk, sugar and mint syrup until perfectly smooth.
  • Freezing the base
    Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami Deluxe, and place it in the freezer for a few minutes. 24 heures, flat.
  • Ice turbining
    Once the base is completely frozen, start the first cycle Full Ice Cream, followed by a Full Re-spin to obtain a smooth, creamy texture.
  • Add the chocolate
    Crush half a bar of dark chocolate (or use ready-to-use shavings), add to the ice cream and run a cycle. Full Mix-In to distribute the pieces evenly without crushing them.

Notes

  • For an even fresher mint, add a few drops of peppermint extract to the syrup... glacier effect guaranteed.
