200 ml of milk
50 g of caster sugar
100 ml of mint syrup
50 g of dark chocolate chips or crushed
Directions
- Prepare the mint base
In a bowl or blender, blend the cream, milk, sugar and mint syrup until perfectly smooth. - Freezing the base
