Milk jam ice cream recipe

120 g milk jam (about 1/3 jar)
200 ml light cream (or whole for extra creaminess)
Milk (fill up to the level of the Ninja Creami jar - about 150 to 200 ml depending on the jar)
Directions
- Prepare the caramel base
In a bowl or directly from the jar, mix the milk jam with the liquid cream. Whisk or blend until smooth and homogenous. - Adjust with milk
Add the milk gradually until you reach the recommended level in the Ninja Creami jar. Stir one last time to blend well. - Freezing the base
Close the jar and place in the freezer for a few minutes. 24 heures, Place in the freezer, lying flat, until completely frozen. - Ice turbining
Install the pot in the Ninja Creami and launch the Ice Cream.
If necessary, end with a Re-Spin for an even smoother, creamier texture.
Notes
- Add a drizzle of milk jam after blending or a few sprinkles of shortbread using the Mix-In for even more gourmet pleasure.
