100 ml cotton candy syrup
150 ml liquid cream (light or whole, depending on desired texture)
250 ml milk (semi-skimmed or whole)
80 g sugar
Directions
- Preparing the fragrance base
Pour the cotton candy syrup, cream, milk and sugar into a large bowl. Mix thoroughly with a whisk or hand blender until the sugar has completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth. - Freeze the preparation
Pour the base into the Ninja Creami, close it and place it in the freezer for a few minutes. 24 heures, Place in the freezer, lying flat, until completely frozen. - Ice turbining
