Cotton candy ice cream recipe for Ninja Creami & Swirl

Ingredients

  • 100 ml cotton candy syrup

  • 150 ml liquid cream (light or whole, depending on desired texture)

  • 250 ml milk (semi-skimmed or whole)

  • 80 g sugar

Directions

  • Preparing the fragrance base
    Pour the cotton candy syrup, cream, milk and sugar into a large bowl. Mix thoroughly with a whisk or hand blender until the sugar has completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
  • Freeze the preparation
    Pour the base into the Ninja Creami, close it and place it in the freezer for a few minutes. 24 heures, Place in the freezer, lying flat, until completely frozen.
  • Ice turbining
    Once the base is completely frozen, place the pot in the machine and start the program. Lite Ice Cream.
    If the texture seems perfect after this cycle, the ice cream is ready to serve immediately.

Notes

  • Greenhouse with chantilly maison, a drizzle of cotton candy syrup and some coloured vermicelli for an even more festive dessert
