Ingredients

• 225 g of Mars spread

• 150 ml of whipped cream

• 375 ml of whole milk

Directions

• Mix the spread with the milk
  In a bowl, mix the Mars spread with the milk until smooth and uniform.
  💡 Tip: warm the dough slightly if necessary to facilitate mixing.
• Add the whipped cream
  Incorporate the whipped cream to obtain a base airy and melting.
• Pour into Ninja Creami Deluxe tray
  Transfer to the tray, seal tightly and place flat in the freezer.
• Freeze for 24 hours
  Let the preparation stand 24 full hours for optimum texture.
• Switch to “Ice Cream” mode”
  Use the Ice Cream of your Ninja Creami Deluxe.
  Make another pass (Re-spin) if the texture still seems too compact.

Notes

• For an even more intense effect, add a pinch of fleur de sel in your preparation before freezing: this will bring out all the notes of caramel and chocolate 😋
