Creamy, flavoured with coffee and vanilla, with melt-in-the-mouth pieces of sponge cake, this tiramisu ice cream is a true end-of-meal dessert, both gourmet and refined. Thanks to Ninja Creami, The texture is perfectly creamy, reminiscent of a freshly baked tiramisu.

250 ml of milk
200 ml of liquid cream
150 g of fresh cheese
40 g of sugar
½’ seeds vanilla bean
1 tbsp. instant coffee powder
1 tbsp. cocoa powder

Directions
- Preparing the ice base
In the Ninja Creami, Pour in the milk, cream, fromage frais, sugar, vanilla beans, instant coffee and cocoa powder. Mix thoroughly with a whisk or hand blender until smooth and homogenous. - Freezing the base
Close the jar and place in the freezer for a few minutes. 24 heures, Press down until the mixture is completely set. - Ice turbining
The next day, insert the jar into the Ninja Creami and start the program. Ice Cream. For an even smoother texture, make a Re-Spin if necessary. - Prepare the cookies
Line the bottom of a shallow dish with sponge cookies.
Dissolve a tablespoon of instant coffee in a little hot water, leave to cool, then pour over the cookies to lightly soak them. - Stir in the cookies
Coarsely crumble the soaked cookies. Spread the tiramisu ice-cream over the cookies and mix gently so that the cookie pieces are evenly distributed in the ice-cream. - Finish
Sprinkle generously with cocoa powder and serve chilled.
Notes
- For a version that's even closer to traditional tiramisu, add a few cookie sprinkles during a cycle. Mix-Inafter the first machine run.
