Kinder Bueno White ice cream recipe for Ninja Creami & Swirl

Creamy, comforting and intensely white chocolate-hazelnut, this ice cream inspired by Kinder Bueno White is pure dessert pleasure. Between the sweetness of the condensed milk, the richness of the cream and the crunchy mix-in pieces, you get an ice cream worthy of an ice cream parlour... but homemade.

Ingredients

  • 205 ml milk

  • 120 ml full cream

  • 90 g sweetened condensed milk

  • 2 large spoonfuls hazelnut-type chocolate paste Nocciolata La Bianca

  • 2 Kinder Bueno White bars, cut into pieces

Directions

  • Prepare the white chocolate hazelnut base
    In a large bowl or blender, combine the milk, full-fat cream, sweetened condensed milk and hazelnut-white chocolate paste. Blend or whisk until perfectly smooth, glossy and homogenous.
  • Freezing the base
    Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami, close carefully and place in the freezer for a few minutes. 24 heures, Place in the freezer, lying flat, until completely frozen.
  • Ice turbining
    Once the base is completely set, install the pot in the machine and run the program Ice Cream. The ice cream should already be creamy at the end of the cycle.
  • Add the gourmet pieces
    Add the Kinder Bueno White pieces to the ice cream and start the program. Mix-In to incorporate them while keeping the crunchy bits intact.
  • Serving and finalizing
    Serve immediately and add a few extra sprinkles on top for an even more delicious result.

Notes

  • Melt a little white chocolate and drizzle over the ice cream just before tasting for a melting coating effect.
