Cherry ice cream recipe for Ninja Creami & Swirl

Ingredients

  • 300 g pitted cherries

  • 100 ml full cream

  • 100 ml milk

  • 2 tablespoons cane sugar

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

  • Blend the fruity base
    Place the pitted cherries in a blender. Add the whole cream, milk, cane sugar and lemon juice. Blend until perfectly smooth and homogeneous.
  • Pour and freeze
    Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami, and place it in the freezer for a few minutes. 24 heures, Place in the freezer, lying flat, until completely frozen.
  • Ice turbining
    Once the base is well frozen, place the jar in the Ninja Creami and start the program. Ice Cream / Glace.
    If necessary, end with a Re-Spin for an even softer, creamier texture.

Notes

  • Add a few chopped cherries at the end of the preparation and use the Mix-In to find lovely slivers of fruit in the ice cream.
