Strawberry Tagada ice cream recipe for Ninja Creami & Swirl

Ultra-regressive, candy-pink and terribly delicious, this Tagada strawberry ice cream is a nostalgic delight. With a simple milk-cream base and the iconic taste of Tagada, the Ninja Creami transforms this mixture into a smooth, creamy ice cream, perfect for young and old alike.

Ingredients

  • 400 ml milk

  • 200 ml liquid cream

  • 30 g sugar

  • Approx. 50 sweets Tagada strawberries

Directions

  • Melt the Tagada
    Pour the milk and cream into a saucepan, then add the Tagada strawberry candies. Heat gently over medium heat, stirring regularly, until the candies have completely melted and the mixture is smooth and homogenous.
  • Add sugar
    Add the sugar to the still-warm mixture and stir until completely dissolved. Then remove the pan from the heat.
  • Cool preparation
    Let the base cool to room temperature. This step is important to avoid condensation and ensure good texture after freezing.
  • Freezing the base
    Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami, and place it flat in the freezer for a few minutes. 24 heures, until completely frozen.
  • Ice turbining
    The next day, place the pot in the Ninja Creami and start the program. Ice Cream.
    If necessary, end with a Re-Spin for an even smoother, creamier texture.

Notes

  • Add a few pieces of Tagada at the end of the preparation and use the Mix-In to find real candy flakes in the ice.
