Petit Beurre ice cream recipe for Ninja Creami & Swirl

Ingredients

  • 100 ml whole milk

  • 200 ml full-fat cream

  • 50 ml sweetened condensed milk

  • 6 Petit Beurre cookies

  • A few extra Petit Beurre cookies (for mix-in, optional)

Directions

  • Prepare the cookie base
    Place the whole milk, whole cream, sweetened condensed milk and 6 Petit Beurre cookies in a blender. Blend until perfectly smooth, homogenous and fragrant.
  • Freezing the base
    Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami, close it carefully and place it in the freezer for a few minutes. 24 heures, Place in the freezer, lying flat, until completely frozen.
  • Ice turbining
    Once the base is completely frozen, place the pot in the machine and start the program. Ice Cream.
  • Add the cookie pieces
    Add pieces of Petit Beurre to the ice cream and start the program. Mix-In / Extras to incorporate them without completely crumbling them.

Notes

  • Add a drizzle of caramel or melted chocolate after mixing to turn this ice cream into an even more indulgent dessert.
