100 ml whole milk
200 ml full-fat cream
50 ml sweetened condensed milk
6 Petit Beurre cookies
A few extra Petit Beurre cookies (for mix-in, optional)
Directions
- Prepare the cookie base
Place the whole milk, whole cream, sweetened condensed milk and 6 Petit Beurre cookies in a blender. Blend until perfectly smooth, homogenous and fragrant. - Freezing the base
Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami, close it carefully and place it in the freezer for a few minutes. 24 heures, Place in the freezer, lying flat, until completely frozen. - Ice turbining
Once the base is completely frozen, place the pot in the machine and start the program. Ice Cream. - Add the cookie pieces
Add pieces of Petit Beurre to the ice cream and start the program. Mix-In / Extras to incorporate them without completely crumbling them.
Notes
- Add a drizzle of caramel or melted chocolate after mixing to turn this ice cream into an even more indulgent dessert.
