This delicate fragrance, at once floral, sweet and slightly acidic, evokes old-fashioned sweets and walks in the South of France. With its soft color and subtle taste, this ice cream is both comforting and poetic.

Violet syrup brings that unique floral note, while cream and milk ensure the gourmandise and sweetness.
It's the perfect recipe to surprise your guests, for a romantic touch after dinner, or simply to treat yourself to an ice cream that's out of the ordinary!
Violet ice cream

150 ml of violet syrup
150 ml of full-fat liquid cream
150 ml of whole milk
1 egg
Directions
- Prepares the base
Pour the violet syrup, liquid cream, whole milk and egg into a blender or large bowl. - Blend until homogeneous
Mix well for 30 to 60 seconds, until you obtain a texture smooth and fluid.
Tip: taste the mixture - you can adjust the amount of syrup to suit your sweet tooth. - Pour into Ninja Creami tub
Transfer the mixture to your tray, up to the line Max Fill.
Close the lid, then place in the freezer for 24 hours. - The big moment!
Once the mixture is well iced, insert your tray into the Ninja Creami Deluxe.
Selects mode Ice Cream and let the machine work its magic. - Adjusts texture
If the ice cream seems a little too compact, add one tablespoon of milk or cream and relaunches a Re-spin.
You'll get a texture creamy, soft and velvety

- For an even more elegant result, add :
Some violet crystals or edible petals on top.
