Tangerine sorbet recipe for Ninja Creami & Swirl

Fruity, sweet and ultra-refreshing, this mandarin sorbet is an excellent alternative to classic citrus sorbets. Easy to prepare, it combines the sweetness of mandarin orange with an exotic touch of guava, for a light, fragrant result, perfect at the end of a meal or for a refreshing break.

Ingredients

  • Mandarins canned (about 300 g drained)

  • 250 ml of guava juice

  • 75 ml of milk

Directions

  • Preparing the fruity base
    Pour the drained mandarin oranges into the pot. Ninja Creami. If you wish, reserve a few quarters for decoration when serving.
  • Add liquids
    Add the guava juice and milk, then mix thoroughly with a spoon or hand blender until smooth.
  • Freeze the preparation
    Close the jar and place in the freezer for a few minutes. 24 heures, Hold the base flat until it is completely set.
  • Turbine the sorbet
    Once the mixture is well frozen, insert the jar into the Ninja Creami and start the program. Sorbet.
  • Adjust texture
    If the texture is still a little firm, perform a Re-Spin to obtain a smoother, more melting sorbet.
  • Serve and enjoy
    Garnish with a few reserved mandarin segments and serve immediately to enjoy all the freshness.

Notes
