  • 1 egg white

  • 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup

This step removes the small seeds and produces a silky texture that's superbly pleasant to eat.
  • Freezing
Transfer the filtered mixture to your Ninja Creami jar.
Close it tightly, then place it in the freezer for a few minutes. at least 12 hours.
The preparation must be completely solid for the Creami to work properly.
  • Turbining in the Ninja Creami
Place your pot in the machine, attach the blade and choose the program. Sorbet.
Let the machine do its work: it will turn your frozen block into ultra-smooth sorbet.
  • Adjust texture (if necessary)
If the sorbet seems too compact or “brittle”, make a small well in the center and add about 50 ml water, then launch a Re-spin.

Notes

  • Add frozen raspberries, chocolate chips or a drizzle of coulis during a cycle. Mix-in for an even more gourmet version.
