3 bananas ripe
200 ml of’water
90 g of sugar
The juice of half alemon
Directions
- Prepare the syrup
Pour the water and sugar into a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring, until the sugar has completely dissolved, then leave to cool for a few minutes before moving on to the next step. - Blend bananas
Peel the ripe bananas, slice them and blend until smooth. - Mixing preparations
Add the warm syrup and lemon juice to the banana purée, then blend again to combine all the ingredients. The result is a smooth, fluid mixture. - Freezing the base
Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami, and place in the freezer for a few minutes. 24 heures so that it's completely set before being put through the machine. - Turbine with Ninja Creami
Installs the pot in the machine and selects mode Sorbet. If the texture still seems too compact, re-launch a Re-spin for a softer, airier texture. - Serve and enjoy

Notes
- A little tip: add a spoonful of coconut milk before freezing for an even smoother sorbet, or a few pieces of frozen banana before re-spinning for an irresistible «banoffee» effect.
