600 g of’apricots ripe
200 ml of’water
200 g of sugar
Directions
- Prepare the syrup
Pour the water and sugar into a saucepan and heat over medium heat until the sugar has completely dissolved. Let the syrup cool to room temperature. - Prepare the apricots
Wash the apricots, cut them in half and remove the stones. Place in a blender and blend until smooth. For an even finer texture, strain the purée to remove skin and fibers. - Mix the base
In a bowl, mix the apricot purée with the cooled syrup until smooth. - Freeze the preparation
Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami, close the lid and place in the freezer for a few minutes. 24 heures. - Turbine with Ninja Creami
Insert pot into machine and select mode Sorbet.
If the texture is too firm, add about 2 cl water and restarts a cycle Re-spin to obtain a perfectly smooth, melting sorbet. - Tasting
