200 ml of light cream 18% semi-thick
Carambar Syrup, Quantity according to taste (adjust according to the desired intensity)
Directions
- Mix the base
In a bowl or directly in the jar, whisk together the semi-skimmed milk and light cream until well blended. - Add the Carambar syrup
Gradually incorporate the Carambar syrup, tasting as you go to adjust the amount to your liking. Whisk well to ensure the syrup is evenly distributed throughout the mixture. - Freezing
Pour the mixture into your jar Ninja Creami or Ninja Swirl, seal it tightly and place it in the freezer for 24 heures, flat. - Transformation into ice
Remove the jar from the freezer, place it in the outer bowl of your machine and start the program Lite Ice Cream. - Service

Notes
