Speculoos ice cream for Ninja Creami & Swirl

Ingredients

  • 225 g of speculoos spread

  • 375 ml of whole milk

  • 150 ml of whipped cream

Directions

  • Prepares the base
    Place the speculoos spread in a large bowl. Gradually pour in the milk, then the whipped cream. Whisk vigorously (or blend with a blender/plunger) until smooth, with no lumps or lumps.
  • Pour into bowl
    Once the texture is smooth, transfer the mixture to the bowl of your Ninja Creami Deluxe. Smooth the surface with a spatula for even freezing.
  • Freezes the preparation
    Place the bowl flat in the freezer and let it rest for a few minutes. at least 24 hours. This step is essential if the machine is to transform your mixture into perfect ice cream.
  • Prepare the ice cream
    The next day, remove your bowl from the freezer. Drizzle a small amount of milk over the top (this helps achieve a creamier texture). Place the bowl in your Ninja Creami Deluxe.
  • Starts Ice Cream mode
    Select program Ice Cream and let the machine do its work. In just a few minutes, the magic happens: you get a creamy ice cream with a good taste of speculoos.
  • Personalize and enjoy
    Transfer your ice cream to a bowl or cup. You can enjoy it plain or add toppings: speculoos crumbs for crunch, a drizzle of caramel sauce, or even a little whipped cream for even more deliciousness. Then enjoy!

Notes

  • For a lighter version, you can replace the whipped cream with plain Greek yoghurt; if you want to enhance the flavor of the speculoos, add a dash of cinnamon to the base.
  • The dough can also be gently warmed in the microwave for a few seconds, to help it incorporate more easily.
  • Finally, if your ice cream seems a little too firm, don't hesitate to run your Ninja Creami program a second time: you'll get an even smoother texture.
