Stracciatella ice cream recipe

250 ml of whole milk
70 ml of liquid cream
80 g of sugar
1 tsp.’vanilla extract
50 g of dark chocolate, finely chopped
Directions
- Prepare the vanilla base
Pour the whole milk, cream, sugar and vanilla extract directly into the jar. Ninja Creami. Mix thoroughly with a whisk or hand blender until perfectly smooth. - Freeze the preparation
Smooth the surface, close the jar and place in the freezer for a few minutes. 24 heures, until the base is completely set. - Turbiner la ice cream
Once the mixture is well frozen, place the jar in the Ninja Creami and start the program. Gelato or Ice Cream. Let the machine work until you obtain a smooth, creamy texture. - Add the chocolate (stracciatella)
After the first cycle, add the chopped dark chocolate to the ice cream. Then use the Extras / Mix-In to distribute the chocolate pieces evenly without crushing them. - Serve and enjoy

Notes
- For an even more authentic stracciatella effect, use very finely chopped or slightly melted chocolate, drizzled before the mix-in: it will instantly congeal into irregular chips.
