Coconut ice cream recipe

500 ml of whole coconut milk (non-light, minimum 90 % coconut)
50 ml of full-fat liquid cream (30-35 % MG)
40 ml of sweetened condensed milk
40 g of sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp.’vanilla extract
1 tbsp. honey
Directions
- Prepare the coconut base
Pour all ingredients into a bowl or directly into a blender. Whisk or blend thoroughly until perfectly smooth, homogenous and emulsified. - Pour into jar
Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami, without exceeding the line MAX FILL. - Freezing the base
Close the jar, place it flat in the freezer and leave to freeze for a few minutes. at least 24 hours, until the base is completely set. - Ice turbining
Insert the jar into the Ninja Creami and start the program Ice Cream.
If necessary, end with a Re-spin for an even softer, smoother texture.
Notes
- This coconut ice cream is the perfect base for exotic flavors. Add pineapple, mango or passion fruit coulis after the first cycle, then use the Mix-In for a tropical dessert version
