240 ml of whole milk
3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
½ tablespoon of’vanilla flavor
A little whole milk
Choice of toppings McFlurry style (Oreo, M&M's, Daim, Kinder, chocolate coulis, etc.)
Directions
- Prepare the vanilla base
In a bowl or blender, blend the whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, powdered sugar and vanilla flavoring until smooth. - Freezing the base
Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami, and place it in the freezer for a few minutes. 24 heures. - Prepare before mixing
Take the jar out of the freezer and leave it to stand for approx. 5 minutes at room temperature, to soften the ice before stirring. - McFlurry-style first brew
Insert the jar into the Ninja Creami and start the program Gelato to obtain a smooth, soft-ice-like texture. - Adjust creaminess
Add a very small amount of whole milk to the center of the ice cream, then start a Re-spin. This step gives McFlurry its typical ultra-creamy, melt-in-the-mouth texture. - Add toppings
Add your favorite toppings and use the Mix-In to incorporate them without crushing them.
Notes
- For an even more authentic result, serve the ice cream immediately after the mix-in, quite soft, and add a drizzle of chocolate or caramel sauce on top.
