150g of frozen strawberries
80g of frozen sliced banana
100 ml whole milk
3 tablespoons of plain yogurt
Agave nectar with a taste

Sliced fresh strawberries
Banana slices
Granola or oat flakes
Agave nectar stream
Directions
- Assemble the base
Pour the whole milk into the jar of Ninja Creami or Ninja Swirl. Add the plain yogurt, frozen strawberries, frozen banana, and agave nectar up to the maximum fill line, without exceeding it. Seal tightly with the lid. - Freezing
Place the pot in the freezer for 24 heures, until completely frozen. - Transformation into a smoothie bowl
Once the base is completely solidified, place the pot in the machine and select the program. Smoothie Bowl or Lite Ice Cream. If the texture is not yet optimal after the first cycle, restart a Re-spin. - Tasting
Transfer to one or two bowls and garnish with fresh strawberries, banana slices, a little granola and a drizzle of agave nectar. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a higher protein version, replace the plain yogurt with Greek yogurt.
