Sugar-free vanilla ice cream recipe for Ninja Creami & Swirl

Ingredients

  • 200 ml whole milk

  • 200 ml full cream

  • 150 g of sugar-free fromage frais

  • 40-60 g sugar-free sweetener powder

  • Vanilla extract

Directions

  • Prepare the sugar-free vanilla base
    Pour the whole milk, full-fat cream and selected fromage frais into a large bowl or mixer. Add the sugar-free sweetener and vanilla extract. Blend for a long time until the mixture is perfectly smooth, homogeneous and lump-free. This step is essential to guarantee a creamy final texture.
  • Pour and smooth the mixture
    Pour the base into the Ninja Creami. Tap the jar lightly on the work surface to eliminate air bubbles, then smooth the surface with a spatula or the back of a spoon.
  • Freezing the base
    Close the jar carefully and place in the freezer for a few minutes. 24 heures, Lay flat. The preparation must be completely set before going into the machine.
  • Turbiner in Ice Cream mode
    Once the base is well frozen, place the jar in the Ninja Creami and start the program. Ice Cream. Let the machine work until you obtain a well-formed ice cream.
  • Refining texture with a Re-Spin
    For an even smoother, softer and airier ice cream, throw a Re-Spin. This step eliminates any sensation of crystals and gives a texture close to that of artisanal ice cream.
  • Serve or personalize
    Serve immediately or add inclusions sugar-free (dark chocolate ≥ 90 %, red fruit, nuts, coffee, pure cocoa) before a final quick pass to create your personalized version.
