200 ml whole milk
200 ml full cream
150 g of sugar-free fromage frais
40-60 g sugar-free sweetener powder

- Prepare the sugar-free vanilla base
Pour the whole milk, full-fat cream and selected fromage frais into a large bowl or mixer. Add the sugar-free sweetener and vanilla extract. Blend for a long time until the mixture is perfectly smooth, homogeneous and lump-free. This step is essential to guarantee a creamy final texture. - Pour and smooth the mixture
Pour the base into the Ninja Creami. Tap the jar lightly on the work surface to eliminate air bubbles, then smooth the surface with a spatula or the back of a spoon. - Freezing the base
