150g of thinly sliced banana
150g of white grapes
110 ml of plant-based milk
60 ml of fresh ginger juice
2 tablespoons of coconut yogurt

diced mango
Passion fruit
Coconut flakes
Pumpkin seeds
Chopped nuts
Directions
- Assemble the base
Add all the base ingredients to the jar of Ninja Creami or Ninja Swirl Fill up to the maximum fill line. Mix well, then seal tightly with the lid. - Freezing
Place the pot in the freezer for 24 heures flat, until completely frozen. - Transformation into a smoothie bowl
Once the base is completely solidified, place the pot in the machine and select the program. Smoothie Bowl (or Lite Ice Cream). If the texture is still not optimal, restart a Re-spin. - Tasting
Transfer to one or two bowls and generously top with diced mango, passion fruit, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds and chopped nuts. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Fresh ginger juice is much more potent than powdered ginger — adjust the amount according to your taste and tolerance for spiciness.
