225g of fresh or thawed frozen raspberries
100g of powdered sugar
1 tsp cane syrup
1 tsp lemon juice
250 ml of liquid heavy cream
Directions
- Macerate the raspberries
In a large bowl, combine the raspberries, sugar, cane syrup, and lemon juice. Lightly crush with a fork to release the juices. Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes stirring regularly. - Stir in the cream
Add the liquid heavy cream and mix well until fully incorporated. - Freezing
Pour the base into the pot of Ninja Creami or Ninja Swirl, Place the storage lid on top and freeze for 24 heures. - Transformation into ice
Remove the jar from the freezer and place it in the machine. Select the program Ice Cream. For the Ninja Swirl, you can also choose the mode Soft Serve in order to serve directly in a cone. - Re-spin if necessary
If the texture is too grainy after the first cycle, restart the process. Re-spinTo refine the result. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For an even smoother texture, pass the base through a sieve before freezing to remove any small seeds.
