Brownie ice cream recipe for Ninja Creami & Swirl

Ingredients

  • 120 ml whole milk

  • 285 g Brownie

  • 200 ml semi-thick cream

Directions

  • Melt brownies in milk
    Pour the whole milk into a saucepan and heat over low heat. Add the chopped or crumbled brownies and stir gently until they are completely melted in the milk and the texture becomes thick and chocolatey.
  • Add the cream
    Add the semi-thick cream to the still-warm mixture. Mix thoroughly until smooth and delicious.
  • Jar and freeze
    Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami, and place it in the freezer for a few minutes. 24 heures, flat.
  • Ice turbining
    Once the base is completely frozen, place the pot in the machine and start the program. Ice Cream.
    If necessary, finish with a Re-Spin for an even more melting texture.

Notes

  • Add a few pieces of brownie at the end of the preparation with the Mix-In to find soft pieces in the ice cream.
