This homemade lemon ice cream, prepared with your Ninja Creami Deluxe, This is the perfect combination of the melt-in-the-mouth texture of ice cream and the liveliness of fresh lemon.
The result: a silky texture, balanced acidity and an explosion of freshness with every spoonful.
Lemon ice cream

150 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice
100 ml of whole milk
150 ml of full-fat liquid cream
80 to 100 g of sugar
1 tbsp. finely grated lemon zest
Directions
- Prepare your lemon
Start with grate zest then squeeze out the juice. - Mix the ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the lemon juice, milk, cream, sugar (or honey), zest, salt and, if you like, a dash of limoncello.
Whisk vigorously until well blended. - Head for the freezer
Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami Deluxe, to the line Max Fill.
Close, then place in the freezer for a few minutes. 24 full hours. - Take your tub out of the freezer and put it in your Ninja Creami
- Selects mode Gelato or Ice Cream according to your preference
- If the texture is too hard or a little powdery, add a spoonful of milk or cream and start a Re-spin
Notes
- For a lighter, fruitier version, try the Lite Ice Cream for a tangier, sorbet-style ice cream.

Not necessary! Personally, I didn't use it and it worked perfectly well without!
