1 tablespoon cream cheese
70 g powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
180 ml full-fat cream
240 ml whole milk
3 Oreo-type cookies, broken into pieces
Directions
- Prepare the cream cheese base
Place the cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for about 10 seconds to soften. Then add the sugar and vanilla extract, and whisk until you obtain a smooth, thick, frosting-like texture. - Incorporate liquids
Gradually whisk in the cream, then the whole milk. Continue mixing until the mixture is perfectly smooth and the sugar has completely dissolved. - Freezing the base
Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami, close it with the lid and place it in the freezer for a few minutes. 24 heures, Place in the freezer, lying flat, until completely frozen. - Ice turbining
Once frozen, place the jar in the Ninja Creami and start the program. Ice Cream. - Add Oreo pieces
Using a spoon, dig a hole through the center of the ice cream to the bottom of the jar. Add the Oreo cookie pieces, then start the Mix-In to incorporate them without totally crushing them. - Serve immediately
