Childhood memories and regressive sweetness, this ice cream inspired by the famous cookies Petit Beurre subtly blends the richness of the cream with the characteristic coffee-biscuit flavour.
With its creamy milk base and mixed cookies, it becomes a delicacy perfectly suited to the Ninja Creami Deluxe. After a spell in the freezer and then in the washing machine, you get a creamy ice cream with delicate biscuity notes and, if you like, some crunchy sprinkles as a bonus.

160 ml whole milk
320 ml full-fat cream
80 ml sweetened condensed milk
10 Petit Beurre cookies (mixed in the base)
2 to 4 additional Petit Beurre cookies (for Mix-In / Extras, optional)
Directions
- Prepare the cookie base
In a blender, pour the whole milk, whole cream, sweetened condensed milk and cookies. Petit Beurre. Blend until perfectly smooth, fragrant and homogenous. - Freeze the preparation
Transfer the base to the 710 ml Ninja Creami Deluxe. Make sure you don't not exceed MAX FILL line, then close the jar and place it lie flat in the freezer for at least 24 h until completely frozen. - Ice turbining
Insert the frozen jar into the machine and start the program. Ice Cream. - Incorporate pieces (optional)
After the first run, add a few pieces of Petit Beurre (or other cookies) in the ice cream. Then use the Mix-In / Extras to incorporate them without over-crushing them.
Notes
- More texture : Add extra cookie chips just before the Mix-In for crisp touches.
- Smoother texture: If the ice cream seems too βgrainyβ after the first cycle, repeat the cycle. Re-Spin to make it creamier, or add a tablespoon of milk before re-blending.
