Orange sorbet recipe for Ninja Creami Deluxe

375 ml of freshly squeezed orange juice (about 5 to 6 oranges)
1.5 tbsp. lemon juice (optional, to enhance flavours)
60 to 90 g of sugar, depending on the acidity of your oranges
150 ml ofβwater
Directions
- Making the sorbet base
Combine orange juice, lemon juice, water and sugar in a large container or pitcher. Mix thoroughly until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is perfectly homogeneous. - Freezing phase
Transfer the mixture to the Ninja Creami Deluxe, and place it flat in the freezer for a few minutes. at least 24 hours, to total solidification. - Processing into sorbet
Remove the jar from the freezer and place it in your Ninja Creami Deluxe and activates the Sorbet. - Texture adjustment
If the sorbet seems too firm or slightly grainy, run a cycle. Re-Spin to obtain a silkier, more melting texture. - Optional enrichment for extra creaminess
Before the Re-Spin, you can add 1.5 to 3 tablespoons of coconut milk or yoghurt, then run another cycle for an even creamier result.

- Personalize your sorbet with a few fresh mint leaves or a touch of grated ginger for an original, invigorating aromatic dimension.
