Pineapple sorbet recipe for Ninja Creami & Swirl

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh pineapple (about 500 g of flesh)

  • Juice recovered from pineapple, topped up with water to obtain 100 ml liquid

  • The juice of 1 lime

  • Approx. 3 tbsp. agave syrup

Directions

  • Preparing the pineapple
    Peel the pineapple, remove the hard core if necessary, then cut the flesh into pieces.
  • Mix the sorbet base
    Place the pineapple chunks in a blender. Add the pineapple juice, water, lime juice and agave syrup. Blend for a long time until you obtain a perfectly smooth purée.
  • Freeze the preparation
    Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami, and place it in the freezer for a few minutes. 24 heures, flat.

  • Turbine the sorbet
    Inserts the jar into the machine and starts the program directly Sorbet.

Notes

  • Add a few mint leaves or a squeeze of lime zest before blending for an even more refreshing version.
