1 fresh pineapple (about 500 g of flesh)
Juice recovered from pineapple, topped up with water to obtain 100 ml liquid
The juice of 1 lime
Approx. 3 tbsp. agave syrup
Directions
- Preparing the pineapple
Peel the pineapple, remove the hard core if necessary, then cut the flesh into pieces. - Mix the sorbet base
Place the pineapple chunks in a blender. Add the pineapple juice, water, lime juice and agave syrup. Blend for a long time until you obtain a perfectly smooth purée. - Freeze the preparation
Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami, and place it in the freezer for a few minutes. 24 heures, flat. - Freeze the preparation

Notes
