Peach ice cream recipe for Ninja Creami & Ninja Swirl

280g of drained peaches in syrup
3 tablespoons of recovered peach syrup
120 ml full cream
70 ml of whole milk
30 g of powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Directions
- Blend the peaches
Drain the peaches, reserving 3 tablespoons of their syrup. Blend the peaches with the reserved syrup, cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until perfectly smooth and homogeneous. - Freezing
Pour the mixture into the jar of Ninja Creami or Ninja Swirl, seal tightly with its lid and place in the freezer for 24 heures, flat. - Transformation into ice
Once the base is completely solidified, place the pot in the machine and select the program. Ice Cream. For the Ninja Swirl, you can also choose the mode Soft Serve in order to serve directly in a cone. - Re-spin if necessary
If the texture seems grainy after the first cycle, restart the cycle. Re-spin to achieve an even creamier result.
Notes
- Since peaches in syrup are already sweet, taste the base before freezing and adjust the amount of sugar to your liking.
