200 ml of heavy cream
100 ml whole milk
60 g of powdered sugar
4 tablespoons of maple syrup

- Blend bananas
Peel the bananas and blend them with the heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar until perfectly smooth. If you're using maple syrup, add it at this stage to incorporate it directly into the base. - Freezing
