Watermelon/Mint Granita Recipe for Ninja Slushi Max

2400 ml of fresh watermelon juice (refrigerated for at least 2 hours)
900 ml of cold coconut water
6 tablespoons of fresh lime juice
25 finely chopped fresh mint leaves
6 teaspoons of honey or agave syrup
Directions
- Prepare the watermelon juice
Blend chunks of fresh watermelon in batches and strain each batch through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the pulp and seeds. Allow approximately 3 kg of watermelon to obtain 2.4 liters of juice. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before use. - Assemble the mixture
In a very large container, combine the watermelon juice, coconut water, lime juice, mint, and honey if you're using the sweetener option. Stir well until completely blended. - Pour into the Ninja Slushi Max
Carefully pour the mixture into the bowl of the Ninja Slushi Max without exceeding the maximum fill line (3310 ml). Close the lid. - Launch the program
Select program Slush and rule to 3 bars For a smooth and creamy texture. Let the machine work until it beeps three times. - Service
Pour immediately into glasses and garnish each with a fresh mint leaf and a thin slice of watermelon. Serve immediately.
Notes
- If you are using fresh mint leaves, chop them very finely and let them infuse in the mixture for at least 30 minutes before pouring into the machine.
