Watermelon sorbet for Ninja Creami & Swirl

Ingredients

  • 600 g of seedless watermelon, cut into pieces

  • The juice of half alemon

  • 2 tbsp. agave syrup

  • 75 ml of’coconut water

Directions

  • Preparing the fruity base
    Place the watermelon pieces in a blender, add the lemon juice and agave syrup, then blend until you obtain a perfectly smooth purée.
  • Add coconut water
    Pour the purée into the bowl of your Ninja Creami Deluxe, Add the coconut water and stir lightly with a spoon to distribute the liquid evenly.
  • Freeze the preparation
    Smooth the surface, close the lid and place the bowl in the freezer for a few minutes. 24 heures, until the mixture is completely set.
  • Turbine with Ninja Creami
    Place the bowl in the machine and select mode Sorbet. Let the magic happen: you get a smooth, airy texture that's super-refreshing.
  • Serve and enjoy
    Enjoy your sorbet immediately for maximum freshness, or store it in the freezer for a chilled break later.

Notes

  • An extra tip: For an even more exotic touch, add a few fresh mint leaves before blending, or replace the coconut water with pineapple juice for a tropical cocktail-style sorbet.
