6 egg yolks
4-5 teaspoons powdered sugar
300 ml full-fat cream
225 ml whole milk
150 g white chocolate
Directions
- Creating the egg-sugar base
In a suitable bowl, vigorously whisk the egg yolks with the powdered sugar until the mixture becomes light, creamy and slightly frothy. This operation ensures an airy, perfectly homogenous texture. - Warm up the milk mixture
Combine the liquid cream and whole milk in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat, making sure the liquid is hot but never boiling. - Incorporating white chocolate
Stir the white chocolate into the hot liquid. Stir gently until completely dissolved to obtain a silky, uniform preparation. - Making the custard
Gradually pour the hot mixture over the beaten egg yolks, whisking continuously to avoid premature cooking. Return the mixture to the saucepan and continue cooking over a low heat, stirring continuously until thickened to a runny consistency. - Cooling and freezing
Pour the custard into the pot of the Ninja Creami Deluxe. Let it cool completely at room temperature, then place it in the freezer for a few minutes. 24 heures in horizontal position. - Transformation into ice
Place the pot in your Ninja Creami Deluxe and selects the program Ice Cream or Gelato.
