- Ice cream base preparation
In the jar of your Ninja Creami Deluxe, combines milk, cream, fromage frais, sugar, vanilla beans, instant coffee and cocoa powder. Carefully emulsify with a whisk or hand blender until perfectly smooth and homogeneous. - Freezing phase
Close the jar tightly and place in the freezer for a few minutes. 24 heures, Place in the oven, laying flat, until the mixture is completely solidified. - Transformation into ice
The next day, insert the jar into your Ninja Creami Deluxe and activates the Ice Cream. For an even smoother texture, perform a Re-Spin if necessary. - Preparing the soaked cookies
Spoon a layer of cookies into the bottom of a shallow dish.
Dissolve one and a half tablespoons of instant coffee in a little hot water, leave to cool, then carefully pour over the cookies to lightly soak them without getting them soggy. - Incorporating cookies
Coarsely crumble the soaked cookies. Spread the tiramisu ice-cream over them and mix gently so that the cookie pieces are evenly distributed in the ice-cream. - Gourmet finish
Sprinkle generously with cocoa powder and serve immediately chilled.
Notes
- For a result even more faithful to authentic tiramisu, add a few cookie sprinkles during a cycle. Mix-In after the first machine run.
