Simple to prepare, it harmoniously blends the sweetness of mandarin with an exotic note of guava, for an airy, aromatic result, ideal after a hearty meal or during a gourmet break.

Ingredients

  • Mandarins canned (about 450 g drained)

  • 375 ml of guava juice

  • 110 ml of milk

Directions

  • Preparing the fruity base
    Drain the mandarins and place them in the jar. Ninja Creami Deluxe. If you wish, set aside a few quarters to enhance the presentation when serving.
  • Liquid incorporation
    Pour in the guava juice and milk, then blend gently with a spoon or hand blender until perfectly smooth and uniform.
  • Freezing phase
