Ingredients

  • 450 g of chestnut cream

  • 150 ml of milk

  • 150 ml of full-fat liquid cream

Directions

  • Making the chestnut cream base
    Combine the crème de marron, milk and full-fat cream in a bowl or with an immersion blender. Blend generously until perfectly smooth, creamy and absolutely lump-free. This step is crucial to guaranteeing a delicate, even final texture, free from crystals.
  • Pouring and smoothing
    Transfer the base to your Ninja Creami Deluxe. Gently tap the jar on the work surface to eliminate any air bubbles, then carefully smooth the surface with the back of a spoon or spatula.
  • Freezing phase
    Close the jar tightly and place it flat in the freezer for a few minutes. 24 heures. The preparation must be completely solidified before being put in the machine, to obtain a perfectly structured, creamy ice cream.
  • Preparing the jar before mixing
    The next day, remove the jar from the freezer and leave it to rest. about 10 minutes at room temperature. This short waiting period allows the base to soften slightly and optimizes texture during mixing.
  • Transformation into ice
