500 g of cherries pitted (fresh or frozen)
The juice collected from the cherries, topped up with water to obtain 80 ml of liquid
The juice of ½ lemon
About 2 to 3 tablespoons of agave syrup
Directions
- Prepare the cherries
Pit the cherries if necessary. If you are using frozen cherries, let them thaw slightly at room temperature for 10 minutes. - Mix the sorbet base
Place the cherries in a blender. Add the water, lemon juice, and agave syrup. Blend thoroughly until you obtain a perfectly smooth and homogeneous puree. - Freeze the preparation
Pour the mixture into your jar Ninja Creami or Ninja Swirl, and place it in the freezer for a few minutes. 24 heures, flat. - Turbine the sorbet
