165 ml whole milk
390 g brownies
275 ml semi-thick cream
Directions
- Dissolve brownies in hot milk
Heat the whole milk in a saucepan over low heat. Add the brownies, cut into pieces or crumbled, and stir gently until completely dissolved. The mixture should become thick, dark and intensely chocolatey. - Enrich with cream
Remove from the heat and stir the semi-thick cream into the still-warm mixture. Work the mixture thoroughly to obtain a smooth, even and delicious consistency. - Base freezing
Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami Deluxe, seal the lid properly and place in the freezer for a few minutes. 24 heures. Make sure the container is horizontal. - Turbining process
