Ingredients

  • 300 ml of coconut milk entire

  • 100 ml of’coconut water

  • 50 g of white sugar (or agave syrup)

  • The juice of ½ lime

  • 1 pinch of fine salt

Directions

  • Dissolve the sugar
    In a saucepan over low heat, gently warm the coconut milk and sugar, stirring until completely dissolved. Do not boil—remove from the heat as soon as the sugar has dissolved. Let cool for 5 minutes.
  • Mix the base
    In a blender, combine the warmed coconut milk, coconut water, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend at high speed for 30 seconds until perfectly smooth and homogeneous.
  • Freeze the preparation
    Pour the mixture into your jar Ninja Creami or Ninja Swirl, and place it in the freezer for a few minutes. 24 heures, flat.
  • Turbine the sorbet
    Inserts the jar into the machine and starts the program directly Sorbet.

Notes

  • Add a few fresh mint leaves before blending for an even more refreshing version.
