Strawberry ice cream recipe for Ninja Creami & Ninja Swirl

300g of fresh strawberries
120 ml full cream
55 ml of whole milk
40 g of powdered sugar
¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
Directions
- Prepare and blend the strawberries
Wash and hull the strawberries, then blend them with the cream, milk, sugar, vanilla extract and lemon juice until you obtain a perfectly smooth and homogeneous mixture. - Freezing
Pour the mixture into the jar of Ninja Creami, seal tightly with its lid and place in the freezer for 24 heures, flat. - Transformation into ice
Once the base is completely solidified, place the pot in the Ninja Creami and select the program Ice Cream (Scoop mode) for a classic ball, or Soft Serve for Italian-style ice cream served directly in a cone. - Re-spin if necessary
If the texture is still not optimal after the first cycle, restart the transition mode Re-spin to achieve an even creamier result.
Notes
- If the texture is dry on the first pass, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk to the center well before restarting the Re-spin.
