Ingredients

  • 810 ml of rosé wine, very fresh

  • 560 ml of white cranberry-strawberry juice

  • 120 ml of simple syrup

  • Strawberries fresh

Directions

  • Mixture preparation
    In a large pitcher or bowl, whisk together the rosé wine, white cranberry-strawberry juice and simple syrup until perfectly smooth and well combined.
  • Filling the reservoir
    Pour the preparation into the reservoir of your Ninja Slushi. Make sure all liquids are very cold before you start to optimize freezing time.
  • Program activation
    Select program SPIKED SLUSH (Iced Cocktail). This mode, specially designed for alcoholic beverages, starts at the optimal default temperature for the perfect texture. Adjusts the temperature control to illuminate 8 bars in order to achieve the perfect consistency of an authentic frosé.
  • Elegant signal and service
    When your frosé reaches the optimal temperature, the Ninja Slushi will emit three beeps pour immediately into frosted coupes or wine glasses, decorate with sliced fresh strawberries and enjoy without delay to appreciate its incomparable silky texture.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of simple syrup according to the sweetness of the rosé wine chosen: some fruity rosés require less syrup, while drier rosés may require more.
