700 ml of black coffee strong, completely cooled
120 g of caster sugar (or granulated sugar)

In a large bowl or jug, vigorously whisk together the chilled whole milk, heavy cream, completely cooled black coffee, and powdered sugar. Continue whisking until the sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture is perfectly smooth and homogeneous. - Transfer into the tank
