180 g milk jam (about 1/2 jar)
300 ml light cream (or whole for greater richness)
Whole milk (to fill up to the level of the Ninja Creami Deluxe jar / approx. 225 to 300 ml depending on density)
Directions
- Create the caramelized base
Combine the milk jam and liquid cream in a bowl or directly in the jar of the machine. Work the mixture with a whisk or blender until perfectly smooth and uniform. - Complete with milk
Gradually add milk until you reach the recommended fill level for the jar. Ninja Creami Deluxe. Mix carefully one last time to ensure perfect homogeneity. - Freezing
Seal the container and place it in the freezer for a few minutes. 24 heures, in a horizontal position, until the mixture has completely solidified. - Turbining process
Place the pot in your Ninja Creami Deluxe and activates the Ice Cream.
