Ingredients

  • 150 g of red fruits (raspberries and blackberries)

  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup

  • 300 ml of milk

  • 200 ml of liquid cream

Directions

  • Wash and blend the raspberries and blackberries to obtain a smooth purée.
  • Add the liquid cream, milk and agave syrup, then mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami Deluxe jar.
  • Place in the freezer for 24 hours.
  • The next day, insert the jar into the machine and select the Ice.
  • Enjoy your homemade ice cream, creamy and fruity, 100 % natural!

Notes

  • Light version: replace the cream with Greek yoghurt or plant milk (almond, coconut, oat) for a lighter ice cream.
  • Sweetener: if you don't have agave syrup, you can use honey, maple syrup or coconut sugar.
  • Creamy texture: add a blended ripe banana to the preparation. It adds a natural creaminess.
  • Gourmet variation: sprinkle your ice cream with dark chocolate shavings or add a few sprinkles in the final mix.
  • Alternative fruits: try blueberries, strawberries or a mix of exotic fruits to vary the flavours.
  • Storage: if you don't want to eat it straight away, put the ice cream back in the freezer and run a quick Ninja Creami cycle before serving to restore its creaminess.
